After Hours Emergencies

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, our physicians recommend that you Dial 911. However, if you need after hours advice for a medical concern, please call (214) 496-9700, and our answering service will assist you.

Prescription Refills

We only renew prescriptions that we initiated. For other medications, please contact the health professional who prescribed them.

We can fill many renewal requests by phone. Please contact our office at least 48 hours (2 days) before you expect to run out of medication. Sometimes, for medical reasons, we will need to see you before issuing the prescription.

Medical Records

A medical release waiver must be signed in order to obtain a copy of your medical records or to have them sent to another health care provider. If you are requesting that your records be sent to another provider we ask that you supply us with their name, address, phone number, and fax number.
